Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time without any fees. • If the rescheduling request is made after the 1-hour window, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Cancellation & Refund Policy • If you do not reschedule before the 1-hour window or fail to show up for your appointment, the booking will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable. • We do not issue refunds for missed or late reschedule requests.
